1. Scope

These terms govern the use of this website and the charter services provided by Yacht Rentals Mallorca (operated by Bluebnc Yachting S.L.). By using this website or booking a charter, you agree to these terms.

2. Charter Agreements

All charter bookings are subject to a separate charter agreement based on the MYBA charter contract framework. The charter agreement supersedes these general terms where applicable.

3. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit payment. The balance is due as specified in the charter agreement, typically 30 days before the charter date. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are indicative and subject to availability. Final pricing is confirmed in the charter agreement. Prices include captain, crew, fuel, catering, beverages, and water sports unless otherwise stated.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must follow the captain's instructions at all times. The captain has absolute authority regarding safety and navigation decisions. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the vessel through negligence.

6. Insurance

All vessels are fully insured through Lloyd's of London for charter operations. Guests are advised to obtain personal travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

7. Weather & Force Majeure

The captain may modify the itinerary or cancel the charter due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns. In such cases, alternative dates or a full refund will be offered at the company's discretion.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
