The Beginning
Bluebnc is founded in Palma de Mallorca with a single vision: to make yacht chartering as seamless as booking a five-star hotel. Starting with a small fleet of carefully selected motor yachts, the company sets a new standard for managed charters in the Balearics.
Fleet Expansion
The fleet grows to 10 managed yachts, ranging from agile day boats to elegant motor yachts. Bluebnc establishes its reputation for transparent pricing — every day charter includes a professional skipper and soft drinks, with optional all-inclusive packages featuring catering, premium beverages, water sports, and fuel.
Industry Recognition
Bluebnc becomes a member of the International Yacht Brokers Association (IYBA) and the European Committee for Professional Yachting (ECPY). The company adopts the MYBA e-contract framework, aligning with the highest industry standards.
Digital Transformation
Launch of the Bluebnc digital platform with real-time availability, instant booking, and live fleet management. The company pioneers technology-driven yacht charter operations in the Mediterranean.
The Azul Ecosystem
Bluebnc Yachting becomes the founding brand of the Azul ecosystem. Azul Cars launches for luxury car rental, Azul Stays for premium villa accommodation, and Isle of Mallorca as the definitive luxury guide to the island.
Superyacht Division
The fleet expands to include superyachts up to 50 metres. Bluebnc now manages over 20 vessels, from nimble 12-metre day boats to full-crew superyachts, serving discerning guests from across Europe and beyond.
