Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the Client

Cancellations are subject to the following terms:

• More than 30 days before charter: Full refund minus a 10% administration fee
• 15–30 days before charter: 50% of the total charter fee is retained
• Less than 15 days before charter: No refund is available

2. Cancellation by the Company

If Yacht Rentals Mallorca (operated by Bluebnc Yachting S.L.) cancels a charter due to vessel unavailability or operational reasons, the client will be offered an alternative vessel of equal or greater value, or a full refund.

3. Weather Cancellations

If a charter is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions (as determined by the captain), the client will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Weather-related decisions are made solely by the captain and are final.

4. Modifications

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before the original charter date. One date change is permitted free of charge; subsequent changes may incur an administration fee.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method. Stripe processing fees are non-refundable.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers charter cancellation, as our cancellation policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation (including illness, travel disruption, or personal circumstances).
