Es Trenc & Cabrera Views

The Southern Route — Mallorca's most famous beach, Colònia de Sant Jordi, and views of the Cabrera archipelago

Route Overview

Head south from Palma to Mallorca's most famous beach. Es Trenc is a 3km stretch of Caribbean-white sand and turquoise water, protected from development — it's the closest thing to the Caribbean in the Mediterranean. Continue to the charming fishing village of Colònia de Sant Jordi for lunch with views across to the Cabrera archipelago, then stop at the dramatic cliff-lined cove of Cala Pi before a sunset cruise back to Palma. This route is best from June to September when the southern coast is at its calmest.
