FAQ
Answers to the most common questions about chartering a yacht in Mallorca — pricing, what's included, booking process, cancellation policy, and more.
Every day charter includes a professional skipper, soft drinks, water, beach towels, and snorkelling equipment. The yacht, fuel for standard routes, and harbour fees are included. You can upgrade to an all-inclusive package which adds gourmet catering, premium beverages (wine, beer, spirits), water sports equipment (paddleboard, jet ski, seabob), and fuel for extended routes.
No. All our charters come with a professional skipper who handles navigation, anchoring, and safety. You don't need any licence or sailing experience. Simply step aboard and enjoy. If you hold a valid licence and want to skipper yourself, bareboat charters are available on select vessels — contact us for details.
A standard day charter is 8 hours, typically from 10:00 to 18:00. Half-day charters (4 hours) are available on most yachts, either morning (10:00–14:00) or afternoon (14:00–18:00). Sunset cruises run from 18:00 to 21:00. Weekly charters are also available for multi-day sailing holidays.
A day charter includes the yacht, skipper, soft drinks, and basic amenities. An all-inclusive package adds gourmet catering (prepared by our chef or partner restaurants), premium beverages, water sports equipment, fuel for the full route, and sometimes a hostess. The all-inclusive option is perfect for celebrations, corporate events, or guests who want a completely hassle-free experience.

No. The price shown on our website is the price you pay. Standard day charters include skipper, fuel for the standard route, soft drinks, and harbour fees. The only additional costs would be optional upgrades you choose — catering packages, premium beverages, water sports equipment, or extended routes requiring extra fuel. We always communicate any extras before you book.
We recommend bringing: sunscreen (reef-safe preferred), sunglasses, a hat, swimwear, a light cover-up for the evening, and any personal medications. We provide beach towels, snorkelling equipment, and soft drinks. If you have specific dietary requirements for catering packages, please let us know when booking.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks on a standard day charter. However, we recommend our catering packages for the best experience — our chef prepares fresh Mediterranean cuisine on board or we arrange a restaurant delivery to the yacht. No corkage fee applies.
Absolutely. All our yachts carry full safety equipment including life jackets in children's sizes. Our skippers are trained in first aid and water safety. We choose calm anchorages for swimming stops and always have a crew member watching the water. Children of all ages are welcome — many of our charters are family celebrations.
Our most popular routes are: The Southwest Classic (Palma → Portals Vells → Port d'Andratx), Es Trenc & Cabrera Views (south coast beaches and the national park), The Deià Discovery (Tramuntana coast, artist village, Sa Foradada sunset), and Formentor & the North (300m sea cliffs and exclusive beaches). Check our Itineraries page for detailed routes with stops, times, and distances.
Yes. While we offer recommended itineraries based on years of experience, your skipper will work with you to create a custom route based on your preferences — whether you want secluded beaches, waterfront restaurants, dramatic scenery, or water sports. The route can also be adjusted on the day based on weather and sea conditions for the best possible experience.
