• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details)

• provide and manage charter services
• process payments and send booking confirmations
• respond to enquiries and provide customer support

We retain booking data for 6 years (Spanish tax law requirements). Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent. Analytics data is anonymised after 26 months.

Google Maps content

Our live Google rating is requested by our server from Google Maps Platform, so your browser does not contact Google to show it and we send Google no personal data about you. If you open our Google Maps profile, Google processes your data under its own privacy policy. Google Privacy Policy
