What we collect
For a booking we collect your name, email address, phone number, guest count, charter dates, and any special request you send us. For an enquiry we collect only what you type into the contact form.
Why we collect it
We use your details to create and operate your charter with the yacht operator and its crew, and to contact you about that charter. We do not sell personal data.
Who sees it
Your booking details are shared with the yacht operator's central booking system and the crew of your yacht. Nothing more is shared without your instruction.
How long we keep it
Booking records are retained for the operational and legal retention period that applies to charter contracts. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are removed once they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Write to info@yachtrentalsmallorca.com.
This is the operational text for the interim site. Final approved legal copy from the production site replaces it before the domain cutover.
