Payment terms
Charter price
The charter price shown at booking is calculated on our servers from the operator's live pricing for the exact yacht, dates, and slot you selected. Prices are quoted in euro and include VAT where applicable.
Card payments
Card payments are processed by CentralPay through Redsys with 3-D Secure authentication. We never see or store your full card details, and payment status is always confirmed directly with the payment provider rather than from your browser.
Deposit and balance
Depending on the yacht and the notice given, a charter may be confirmed with a deposit, with the balance due before boarding. The amount payable now and the remaining balance are shown before you are sent to the payment page.
Security deposit
Some yachts require a refundable security deposit, collected by the operator at the marina and returned after the charter if there is no damage. Where a deposit applies, the amount is shown on the yacht page.
Failed or incomplete payments
If a payment is declined, cancelled, or expires, the charter is not confirmed and any provisional hold is released. No charge is taken for an incomplete payment.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the yacht and the notice given, and are confirmed in writing with your booking. Refunds are returned to the original payment card.

This is the operational text for the interim site. Final approved legal copy from the production site replaces it before the domain cutover. Card payments go live in a later release.
