We are Marc and Eduard von Eiberg, brothers born and raised on Mallorca. What began in 2017 with a vision and no boats has grown into the island's most comprehensive luxury yachting operation — a vertically integrated company where we manage the assets, employ the crews, and control every detail of the guest experience.
Unlike travel agents or booking platforms, we are operators. Our yachts are professionally managed and crewed. This hands-on approach means we can guarantee quality, respond instantly to any situation, and deliver a level of service that intermediaries simply cannot match.
Today, we serve more than 3,000 clients and 15,000 guests annually. Our team of 60+ professionals — from yacht captains to concierge specialists — work exclusively for our brands, ensuring consistent excellence across every touchpoint.

Our family's connection to the sea runs deep. Bluebnc Yachting Founded
Started with a vision and no boats. Built relationships with yacht owners and established professional charter standards in the Balearics.

Expanded into real estate advisory, offering off-market property acquisition and Golden Visa assistance for international buyers.

Every yacht in our fleet is directly managed by Bluebnc Yachting. We don't broker — we operate. This means our captains are our employees, our engineers maintain the vessels, and our concierge team coordinates every detail of your charter.
From 12-metre day cruisers to 50-metre superyachts, each vessel is inspected weekly, professionally crewed, and maintained to the highest maritime standards. Our 4.9-star Google rating and 4.8-star Trustpilot score reflect the consistency that only direct management can deliver.
