2. Service Provider Relationships
Yacht Rentals Mallorca facilitates access to services provided by our affiliated brands. When you book a service through our platform, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the respective service provider:
2.1 Yacht Charter Services
Yacht charter services are provided by Bluebnc Yachting, Mallorca's leading yacht charter company with a managed fleet of over 20 motor yachts. All yacht charter bookings are subject to Bluebnc Yachting's charter terms and conditions.

2.2 Villa & Property Rentals
Villa and property rental services are provided by Azul Stays, our luxury accommodation partner specializing in premium villas and fincas across Mallorca.

2.3 Premium Car Rentals
Luxury vehicle rental services are provided by Azul Cars, offering a curated fleet of premium and exotic vehicles for discerning clients.

2.4 Real Estate Services
Real estate advisory and property acquisition services are provided by Balearic Blue, our real estate division specializing in luxury properties.

2.5 Concierge & Experience Services
Concierge services, restaurant reservations, and curated experiences are coordinated directly by Yacht Rentals Mallorca's concierge team.

3. Applicable Terms for Rentals and Services
It is important to understand that when you book a service through yachtrentalsmallorca.com, the specific terms and conditions of the service provider govern your rental or service agreement:
- Yacht Charter: Subject to Bluebnc Yachting's Charter Agreement, including safety requirements, captain's authority, and maritime regulations
- Villa Rental: Subject to Azul Stays' Rental Agreement, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and property-specific conditions
- Car Rental: Subject to Azul Cars' Rental Agreement, including driver requirements, insurance terms, and vehicle usage policies
- Real Estate: Subject to Balearic Blue's Service Agreement and applicable Spanish property law
- Concierge Services: Subject to Yacht Rentals Mallorca's General Terms and individual vendor policies
4. Booking and Payment Process
4.1 Inquiry and Quotation
When you submit an inquiry through our platform, our concierge team will provide a detailed quotation including all applicable terms from the relevant service provider. This quotation is not binding until confirmed.
4.2 Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed when:
- You accept the quotation and service provider's terms in writing
- The required deposit is received by the service provider
- You receive written confirmation from our team
4.3 Payment Terms
Payment terms are determined by each service provider:
- Yacht Charter (Bluebnc): 50% deposit, balance 30 days before charter
- Villa Rental (Azul Stays): 30% deposit, balance 60 days before arrival
- Car Rental (Azul Cars): Full payment upon confirmation or collection
- Concierge Services: As specified in the service quotation
5. Cancellation and Refund Policies
Cancellation policies are determined by each service provider and will be clearly communicated in your booking confirmation. Generally:
5.1 Yacht Charter Cancellations
- 60+ days before: Full refund minus administrative fees
- 30-60 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days: No refund (credit may be offered)
5.2 Villa Rental Cancellations
- 90+ days before: Full refund minus administrative fees
- 60-90 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 60 days: No refund (subject to property terms)
5.3 Car Rental Cancellations
- 48+ hours before: Full refund
- Less than 48 hours: Subject to Azul Cars' policy
5.4 Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions), service providers will work with you to reschedule or provide appropriate compensation according to their policies.
6. Your Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for all bookings
- Review and accept the specific terms of each service provider
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect the rules and guidelines of each service (vessel safety rules, property house rules, vehicle usage policies)
- Maintain valid identification and any required licenses (e.g., driving license for car rentals)
- Notify us promptly of any issues or concerns during your service
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Service Provider Liability
Each service provider maintains appropriate insurance and assumes liability for their services as specified in their terms. This includes:
- Yacht Charter: Maritime liability insurance, passenger accident insurance
- Villa Rental: Property liability insurance
- Car Rental: Comprehensive vehicle insurance (excess may apply)
7.2 Platform Liability
Yacht Rentals Mallorca acts as a facilitator connecting you with service providers. While we carefully vet all our partners, the contractual relationship for services is between you and the service provider. We are not liable for:
- Service provider performance or service quality issues
- Losses arising from service provider terms and conditions
- Third-party services arranged through our concierge
7.3 Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on yachtrentalsmallorca.com, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Bluebnc Spain SL or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). When you book a service, relevant information may be shared with the service provider to fulfill your booking. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:
- Service-related disputes: Contact the relevant service provider directly or through our concierge team

- Unresolved disputes: Subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from the use of our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain.
