Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Charterer (Clause 11 — Bluebnc Yachting Terms)

• If cancellation is notified after the Agreement is signed but before the final instalment of the Charter Fee is due: the Owner shall be entitled to retain the first instalment (50% deposit) paid by the Charterer.
• If cancellation is notified after the date the final instalment has fallen due (or after it has been paid): the Owner shall be entitled to retain 100% of the Charter Fee.
• If any APA or delivery/re-delivery fees have been expended or committed for provisioning or positioning the Vessel, those committed funds shall be deducted from any refund.

Cancellation by the Owner (Clause 9)

If the Owner cancels due to force majeure, all payments shall be refunded in full. If the Owner cancels for any other reason, the Charterer shall receive a full refund of all monies paid plus liquidated damages equal to 25% of the Charter Fee (if notice is given 30+ days before the charter start date). Weather Cancellations

If the captain determines that weather conditions make the charter unsafe, we will offer a full reschedule to an alternative date at no extra cost, or a full refund if rescheduling is not possible. The captain's decision on safety is final and binding.

Modifications & Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to yacht availability. Contact [email protected] as early as possible to discuss alternatives. Any changes are governed by the Bluebnc Yachting Charter Terms & Conditions.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method. Payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Charter Cancellation Insurance

This Agreement does not include cancellation or interruption insurance. We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering charter cancellation. Our cancellation policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation (including illness, travel disruption, or personal circumstances). Full charter terms are available at bluebnc.com/terms.
